Terms and Conditions
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Arabian Vibes (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "Customer") and the Seller regarding the goods presented in the Seller's online shop. Any inclusion of the Customer's own terms and conditions is hereby rejected unless otherwise agreed.
A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
Conclusion of the Contract
The product descriptions in the Seller's online shop do not constitute binding offers but serve as an invitation for the Customer to make a binding offer.
The Customer can submit an offer via:
- The online order form in the Seller's online shop.
- Email, online contact form, or phone.
By completing the ordering process and clicking the order confirmation button, the Customer submits a legally binding contract offer.
The Seller may accept the Customer's offer within five days by:
- Sending a written order confirmation or email confirmation (effective upon receipt).
- Delivering the ordered goods to the Customer (effective upon receipt).
- Requesting payment from the Customer.
If none of these actions occur within the specified timeframe, the Customer is no longer bound by their offer.
Prices and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include statutory sales tax. Additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs such as:
- Transfer fees
- Currency exchange fees
- Import duties and taxes
These costs are borne by the Customer.
The available payment methods are displayed in the Seller's online shop.
If bank transfer is selected, payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
Further details on the withdrawal policy can be found in the Seller's cancellation policy.
If PayPal or Stripe is selected as the payment method, the respective service provider's terms and conditions apply.
The contract text is stored by the Seller and sent to the Customer in text form (e.g., via email). Customers with user accounts can access their order details through their password-protected account.
Before submitting an order, Customers can review and correct any input errors using the available correction functions.
The contract language is English.
Order processing and communication are conducted via email. The Customer must ensure that their email address is correct and able to receive messages from the Seller.
Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer shall bear the incurred costs.
If the Customer is:
- An entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss passes once the Seller delivers the goods to the carrier.
- A consumer, the risk passes upon receipt of the goods.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of non-availability of the goods due to reasons beyond their control.
Retention of Title
If the Seller makes advance payments, ownership of the delivered goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.
Liability for Defects (Warranty)
Unless otherwise specified, statutory warranty rights apply.
For entrepreneurs, the warranty period for new goods is one year from delivery, and used goods are excluded from warranty claims.
These limitations do not apply in cases of:
- Intentional misconduct
- Fraudulent concealment of defects
- Mandatory liability under applicable laws
Entrepreneurs must comply with their obligation to inspect and report defects as required by commercial laws.
Liability
The Seller is fully liable for:
- Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Any legal guarantee obligations
- Mandatory liability under product liability laws
In cases of simple negligence, the Seller is liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations.
In all other cases, liability is excluded.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU provides an online dispute resolution platform:

The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
